The unusual bit is «AUDREY» — presumably the name of the voice actor. Maybe it’s the Nintendo Treehouse writer Audrey Drake?

The sounds for these (located in Pack\Sound.pack\Sound\Resource\yr_SToy_03_Aw) are called yr_SToy_03_Aw_2D*, yr_SToy_03_Aw_3D_L_pxsps_r_ear* and yr_SToy_03_Aw_3D_R_pxsps_r_ear*. even though the sound is «Ow» not «Aw».
probably a typo or the Super Mario Maker 2 Aw sound was originally going to be in Super Mario Maker.
